Winemaker’s notes
We receive the grapes early in the morning while it is still cool. They are then crushed, the juice is drained, and the skins are pressed. Once the juice has settled, the clear juice is used for fermentation. Afterward, the wine is stabilized and filtered.
Indulge in your favourite summer salad. Light seafood or fresh vegetable pastas, risotto primavera or even simple fish and chips.
Can be enjoyed now. Or cellar at a cool temperature for 2 years.
